The Bootcamp is a 4 – 5 weeks of intensive training on the participants’ chosen course. Each session in a week has a training period of 3 hours with 30 minutes break and there is a total of 3 sessions in a week.

After successfully completing the 3.142 Bootcamp, participants will be given a project to work on which will be requested to be submitted two weeks after completion of the bootcamp.

We hope to reach the height where we can conduct an annual graduation ceremony for our Participants and induct them as 3.142 Alumni into Techtiary Community. 

But before this level is attained, participants will take examinations at the end of the bootcamp on their respective courses. 

We believe examination is not the true test on one’s intelligence, but this examination is a test to certify the participants for successfully completing the 3.142 Bootcamp.

After successfully completing the 3.142 Bootcamp, mentors will be assigned to participants in relation to their chosen skills to guide and help them further hone their skills.

The mentorship programme will last a period of 3 months during which Humans of Techtiary will be in touch with both the mentors and the mentees to check the progress of mentees. 

The medium of communication during this mentorship period will be, but not limited to, online sessions. Mentors can, at their discretion, make available other means of communication.

After this mentorship programme has been completed, mentors can further take on mentoring these mentees, if they would like to.

As the bootcamp focuses on training the participants these skills, it also will touch the business aspect of the skills. This is put in place so as to prepare them on how to scale through in the business world of their respective skills.

Also, as Techtiary is not only about training, we also offer professional services, these participants will be open to freelance work opportunities from us.

Lastly, we are of the belief that Nigeria’s national prosperity lies in getting the youth and teens into something productive, and our own subtle way of doing that is through the 3.142 Bootcamp.
